New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai (NYEE) made significant strides in the fields of science and technology over the past year, particularly in the pursuit of cutting-edge approaches to early detection and treatment of diseases like glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. We also began preparing for a more active international presence with other global partners to spread our extensive training and surgical capabilities to regions of the world in critical need of those resources.
