Deepak Bhatt, MD, MPH, Director of Mount Sinai Heart, outlines the results for the HALO trial, explaining that a post hoc analysis revealed that a cluster of patients in one of the study arms was nonadherent; when results for adherent patients in this arm were calculated, they showed that systolic blood pressure was reduced.
